If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To cancel your order, please email us at sales@atomgrills.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In a resaleable condition
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Original delivery charges are refundable only if the entire order is returned.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where possible, include photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
We cannot accept returns for:
• Items that have been used
• Items damaged after delivery
• Items not returned in original packaging
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty.
