We make every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Images are for illustration purposes only and products may vary slightly in colour, finish or specification.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability or factors outside our control.
Risk passes to you once the goods have been delivered to the stated address.

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

All Atom Grills products are intended for outdoor domestic use only.
Customers must follow all safety and operating instructions provided with the product.
We accept no responsibility for damage or injury caused by misuse.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
